Returns
At Karl Kayaking, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.
Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that we only accept cash on delivery orders; refunds will be provided in the same method where applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new purchase. Please contact us for guidance if you wish to exchange an item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page if applicable.
